Please be aware when ordering online from this website that we require a minimum of 36 hours (from your order date) to prepare your order. Once orders are packed they are shipped from the United States Post Office. All packages are shipped ground services. If special service is requested then special shipping services will be in place. Once goods are shipped from the United States Post Office you will receive a text message informing that your package has been mailed, the delivery date and a tracking number. You will receive a reminder text the day of delivery as your conformation text.
Twist and Bend accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment must be made on-line using your credit card to process your order. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared. Credit card processing on Paypal is done through the SunTrust Bank secure payment gateway. This gateway is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology. All items are handmade, if you are not genuinely satisfied with the quality of the product return it to Twist and Bend within 5 business days for a full refund or replacement. If a refund is due, it will be refunded in the matter the order was placed.
